About

Artist portrait

Kaitlin Gleiforst, based in St. Louis, Missouri, will soon receive her BFA from Webster University with an emphasis in Drawing and a minor in Animation. Inspired by music and human experience, her work often starts with a conceptual idea or technical experiment, evolving into compositions where abstract elements intermingle with realistic subject matter. Kaitlin blends her foundation in fine arts with her love for animation creating experimental pieces that are expressive, dynamic, and visually compelling. In 2024, she won first place during Webster48 for her animation created with a team.

If she's not in the studio, you may find her at a concert drawing inspiration from the energy of the live music. If you’re looking for an experimental artist eager to dive into any sort of visual project, please reach out to kaitlin@gleiforst.com
